Summary: The room was subpar it smelled like someone had been in there before we checked in. I had tried to check in early and I was rudely told I had to wait till 3 but when I went in there the lady was checking in someone at 11:30 am so why couldn’t I pay the $20 early check in fee but if they want to keep customers they should definitely remodel their rooms and get better air conditioners and better linen because the towels were filthy and the housekeepers need to mop the floors better because the steam from the shower is going to tell on them for not mopping
